For we people Christmas without a star is unthinkable... So people eruct star from December 1st itself
We cant sing "let it snow..let it snow" or "My pretty little snow flakes", Hence we make it artificially.. A snow filled Christmas tree made by my mother at home....
Come with a few more pics of the "Indian christmas..."
I like your mother's tree; we have yet to see snow this winter but I'm okay with that! The star is really beautiful; at first I thought it was a flower! Have a wonderful week!

How very lovely! We did not have snow either... (sniff) In all my years of living in Oregon I have never seen snow fall at my home Christmas Day.
I think your celebration is lovely! Who needs snow with such beauty?

A beautiful star and a lovely tree. I also am okay with very little (or no) snow at Christmas. Like Beth said, who needs it???
Very expressive of you Binoy!
